We will reimburse you for the full purchase price with no hidden fees, provided that the request meets our policy guidelines and is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
To prevent abuse of our generous return policy, we do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Beyond the 30-Day Window: The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Non-Technical Reasons (Buyer’s Remorse): The customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, or purchased a competitor’s product instead. We highly encourage using the trial version to avoid this.
- Mission Accomplished: The Wittytool software has already been used successfully to complete its intended task.
- Unadvertised Features: The customer requests a refund because the software fails to perform a function that was never advertised or intended. Please read the product page carefully before buying.
- Refusal to Cooperate with Support: A technical issue is reported, but the customer refuses to provide necessary details or declines troubleshooting assistance from our tech support team. (We only refund on technical grounds if we cannot fix the bug).
- Third-Party Purchases: The product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller, affiliate, or third-party platform. These are subject to the reseller’s own return policies.
- Unauthorized Transactions: The purchase was made without the cardholder’s consent (e.g., credit card fraud). Wittytool cannot track or manage unauthorized payments; please contact your bank or PayPal directly.
3. Special Circumstances & Exchanges

- 7-Day Price Protection: If you notice a price drop on the official Wittytool website within 7 days of your original purchase, email us with your Order ID. We will happily refund the price difference.
